U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land today tossed out a complaint by an Army captain fighting deployment to Iraq by questioning the legitimacy of President Barack Obama.
Land also put attorney Orly Taitz, who represents Capt. Connie Rhodes and is a leader in the national “birther” movement, on notice by stating that she could face sanctions if she ever files a similar “frivolous” lawsuit in his court.

According to a report in “The Wall Street Journal”, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Chief Executive Linda McMahon, wife of WWE founder Vince McMahon, is the latest GOP entry into the race for the Connecticut seat in the U.S. Senate currently held by Chris Dodd (D-CN). This got me to thinking about the similarities between the WWE and the GOP,  so much in common it boggles ones mind. Could this lead to the greatest tag-team match up in “Wrestlemania” history…
