The State Bar did not file the complaint against Dr. Taitz. I am no fan of the good doctor, but it is important to be accurate when making such claims.

Actually, a complaint was made to the State Bar by a private citizen. The State Bar did not file the complaint against Dr. Taitz. I am no fan of the good doctor, but it is important to be accurate when making such claims.

No kidding! This fool that wrote this article is a textbook case of the garbage you read on the internet. The BAR does not SEEK DISBARMENT. They're the ones who DO THE DISBARING. Complaints are filed by individuals, not the Bar itself.

This fool, not knowing anything about the legal field, obviously, shouldn't even be writing articles on legal issues. Shame on him.

I think it's interesting that the "anonymous individuals" don't even have the guts to put their names on the complaint. They're probably equal fools to the writer of this blog post.

Also, I would venture to say that there is a GOOD CHANCE that this complaint will NEVER be acted on by the California Bar.

That piece of garbage Obama has presented as his birth certificate is not even sufficient for the State of Hawaii to prove he was born there. They require an additional document because it doesn't mean anything, certainly not that he was actually born there.

I believe President Obama's birth certificate is available online too, in many more places than O'rly's California Bar certification.

You misrepresent the context of the complaint. It was lodged by anonymous individuals to the Office of the Chief Trial Counsel. It was not initiated by that office.

I can assure you that the complaint was filed (some months back); however, such investigations are not public, and there is not, nor will there be any public way to verify the complaint until it is acted upon (and that not expected soon).

It is easy to verify that Dr. Taitz is a member of the California Bar through their web site. Been there, done that.
