The State Bar did not file the complaint against Dr. Taitz. I am no fan of the good doctor, but it is important to be accurate when making such claims.

Is Orly taitz even a citizen, can we see her papers cause that thick russian accent sure made it sound like she should be deported.

Actually, a complaint was made to the State Bar by a private citizen. The State Bar did not file the complaint against Dr. Taitz. I am no fan of the good doctor, but it is important to be accurate when making such claims.

Let's see your birth certificate too then.

No kidding! This fool that wrote this article is a textbook case of the garbage you read on the internet. The BAR does not SEEK DISBARMENT. They're the ones who DO THE DISBARING. Complaints are filed by individuals, not the Bar itself.
This fool, not knowing anything about the legal field, obviously, shouldn't even be writing articles on legal issues. Shame on him.
I think it's interesting that the “anonymous individuals” don't even have the guts to put their names on the complaint. They're probably equal fools to the writer of this blog post.
Also, I would venture to say that there is a GOOD CHANCE that this complaint will NEVER be acted on by the California Bar.

That piece of garbage Obama has presented as his birth certificate is not even sufficient for the State of Hawaii to prove he was born there. They require an additional document because it doesn't mean anything, certainly not that he was actually born there.

“It is easy to verify that Dr. Taitz is a member of the California Bar through their web site.”
I believe President Obama's birth certificate is available online too, in many more places than O'rly's California Bar certification.

You misrepresent the context of the complaint. It was lodged by anonymous individuals to the Office of the Chief Trial Counsel. It was not initiated by that office.
I can assure you that the complaint was filed (some months back); however, such investigations are not public, and there is not, nor will there be any public way to verify the complaint until it is acted upon (and that not expected soon).
It is easy to verify that Dr. Taitz is a member of the California Bar through their web site. Been there, done that.

A pdf of the complaint is available for download here. http://countryfirst.bravehost.com/phpBB3/downlo...

I cannot find any proof that this brief has been filed or scheduled on the CA State Bar web site. Can anyone provide documentation, like a case number, that this has actually been filed?

My question is: Is Taitz REALLY a member of the California Bar? Can someone actually locate her license to practice, either law or dentistry, anywhere?
SHOW US YOUR LICENSES, ORLY!

I certainly hope that Taitz will be disbarred – I'm not a lawyer, but her insistence on continuing to promote (and use as part of her “evidence”) information that is CLEARLY false – and that she must, by now, KNOW is false* – should be sufficient cause. This particular complaint, however, was filed in April. Is this something you just learned about or has something new happened that indicates it's progressing through the system?
*For example, her repeated claim that Obama's trip to Pakistan in 1981 proves he's not an American citizen because – according to her – the State Department banned all travel to Pakistan by Americans in 1981. Of course, contemporaneous documentation, including newspaper articles and State Department documents, proves that this isn't the case. Americans were warned against traveling there, but they were never prohibited, and if an American citizen such as Obama wanted to travel their, they could do so using their American passport. That's just one.

I saw the PDF. It said this:
“(Submitted anonymously due to potential retaliation, as described within)”
I think she's a nut but I don't think it is correct to state that the California Bar is seeking her disbarment. As of right now we don't know who is seeking her disbarment because he/she is to skeered.

Good riddance to bad rubbish!
I can understand someone voicing dissent. In fact the most patriotic thing you can do is not blindly follow the government (regardless of who’s in charge). But this kind of idiotic nonsense does nothing to further the nation’s best interests. These people are just producing self-serving drama for some petty recognition.
